1. Do you have a psychical store?

Unfortunately not, we are located in the Netherlands and operate exclusively online, it is also not possible to pick up the shoes somewhere.

2. Are the products authentic?

Yes, everything offered by My Kicks is 100% authentic. At My Kicks every item is thoroughly checked for authenticity before we offer it to our customers. We would never sell counterfeit items nor do we encourage such items.

3. Where do you get your products?

All items we sell are exclusive and sold out everywhere. We obtained them by purchasing them from online stores, retailers, collectors and other resellers. Over time we have built up a large network of people we work with to make the items you want available to you.

4. Why are the prices of the items changing?

The prices of the items can vary regularly. This is because the market value of the items is also changing. We as My Kicks base the price of a product on the market value every week. 

5. Do you buy items?

Yes, sometimes we buy from website-visitors, you can always send us a DM

6. How long will it take to receive my item?

We strive to deliver your item as fast as possible! You will find the personal Track and Trace code in your email when the shoes have been shipped! For Dutch customers it will take 1 to 6 business days. Sometimes this can take a little longer if, for example, you have ordered a pair of shoes on request!

7. Can i change or cancel my order?

Forgot to add something to your cart or do you want to cancel your order? No problem, just send an e-mail to info@mykicks.nl and maybe we can still change/cancel the order. If the order already has been shipped, then canceling is not possible. In that case you always have the possibility to return the item back to us. 8. I received a track & trace code, but is does not work.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the logistics provider to process your shipment. If after 48 hours you still cannot find your shipment, please contact us on info@mykicks.nl

9. Can I return my order?

Yes, My Kicks accepts returns and/or exchanges according to our return policy. Please read the refund policy carefully before applying a return request. If you wish to return your item, please send a request to info@mykicks.nl.
